United PT should have a sign that says "We Make You Feel at Home." The people there are more than employees. They are a Family, and you feel that when you go there. They take people who are hurting and they more than [just] work [on your body], they work on your spirit as well. They make you feel like part of the family. You may walk through the door with a bad attitude because of your pain but you walk out feeling so much better both in body and spirit...They work together to make sure you have complete healing because they really care. You are not just a number, you are a person and that really shows in their attitude and [you get that] at home feeling.
